How’s everyone’s Easter Sunday going? Do anything fun?

This is what we did today…

Woke up, Wife and hid eggs. Kids had a nice egg hunt and baskets. They were preoccupied with some of their gifts they got for about an hour.

In between, I worked on my weekly report for everyone.

We then went out for a late breakfast. I talked to the kids about resurrection day and the true meaning of Easter. How Jesus died for our sins.

Stopped by Home Depot on way home to pick up a new faucet, shower head, and ceiling light, because somehow those things all managed to break between yesterday and this morning. lol

Sons and I replaced everything fine. Taught them How to use some tools.

Their ceiling light, I didn’t realize the light fixture didn’t have a room switch, so now the light wont turn off. lol
(We’ll have to get a pull fixture another day… for now, we have to flip a breaker for bedtime. lol)

We then went out for a 2 hour bike ride to a nearby park. Played doge ball. Played tag. Chased each other on the bikes. Wife and I were talking about the Chemtrails. She asked if she looks like a mom. Got a little fake sad. I reminded her she was still my hot stuff.

We then went out for ice creme. Everyone swapped their flavors around because everyone liked what each other got…

By the time we got home, all of us were tired, so we pulled out the living room couch and all layed down. We all fell asleep together, ❤️

Just woke up 15 minutes ago… feeling so blessed and appreciative of my family… I thank God so very much.

I’m going to enjoy the rest of the evening with them. Maybe some Games together and watch a movie together.

SITTEP: The U.S. 59 Bridge was Struck by a Barge over the Arkansas River

• The Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to Sequoyah County after a barge hit a bridge near the Kerr Lock & Dam in Sallisaw, Oklahoma

• US-59 was shut down for a time while investigators responded and inspected the condition of the bridge.

• ODOT says engineers inspected the bridge and declared it safe for travel. The highway has since reopened.

• That channel the barge was traveling through will remain closed until the winds slow down for the beams to be removed from the river, authorities said.
