Краснодар. Цена, вроде, 3500. Вернулся к Алику за еще одним жестким сеансом мануалки и массажа. Причем, сложно сказать, где там кончается массаж и начинается мануалка😄Мощно промяли, в общем.
Вообще, сеанс длился больше часа. Очень много вырезал в этом видео, минут 20 чистого монолога точно😄В этот раз Алик Исмаилович разошелся и выдал количество информации на уровне лекции по мануальной терапии😄Наш оператор в течении трех дней переводил это видео на английский. Перевод - очень тяжелый, очень большой объем и очень много специфической лексики. Поэтому, в последнее время когда специалист слишком много говорит, я его торможу. Но здесь не получилось😄
Но зато получилось очень насыщенное информацией, интенсивное видео, кому-то будет полезно.

But it turned out to be a very information-rich, intense video that may be useful to someone.

С последнего визита прошло 15 месяцев, как видите, Мария очень сильно похудела👍Если честно, боялся, что чтобы показать, что она не потеряла силу начнет делать еще жоще😄Но нет, по силе/боли все было +/- также. Процедура, как обычно, была долгая, все тщательно проработали, всё потянули. Поугарали, обсудили качков, важность растяжки и прочие вопросы по здоровью. Короче, видео можно использовать еще и как подкаст😄Разницы между массажем в перчатках и без я особо не заметил, все равно и там и там используется масло. После массажа пошли пить домашнее вино и чай. Пару бутылок вина и пару баночек варенья из субтропических фруктов нам выдали с собой. Спасибо😄
p.s. Где золото Колчака, так и не рассказал. Выдержал, в очередной раз.

The session, as usual, was long, everything was carefully worked out, everything properly stretched. We had a chat, discussed bodybuilding, the importance of stretching and other health issues. The video can also be used as a podcast😄I didn’t particularly notice the difference between massage with and without gloves, anyway, oil is used in both. After the massage we went to drink homemade wine and tea. We were also given a couple of bottles of wine and a couple of jars of subtropical fruit jam with us. Thank you😄

Момент после которого, у меня болела ступня несколько месяцев (это было 4 года назад). Причем, палец на этой ноге у меня и так болит 15 лет после травмы, если его дергать😄 А в тот момент нужно было еще и много ходить каждый день. Работенка местами у меня опасная, конечно. Со ступнями вообще нужно быть очень осторожными, манипуляции с ними могут быть очень болезненными, легко повредить. Мануальщики и прочие массажисты, зачастую вообще не понимают, что они делают. Удивляться нечему, даже врачи, работающие в настоящих больницах очень часто не особо понимают в своем деле и могут навредить.
p.s. Поэтому, сейчас на таких процедурах я максимально сосредоточен, если чувствую, что куда-то лезть не надо, либо тупо блокирую движение, либо просто говорю: "Нет, этого делать не надо"😄

There is nothing to be surprised about, even doctors working in real hospitals very often do not really understand their business and can cause harm.
ps Therefore, now I am maximally focused during such treatments; if I feel that the manipulation can create some problems for me, I either stupidly block the movement, or simply say: “No, you don’t need to do this”

Краснодар. Цену не помню точно, но дешево. В общем, хороший получился видос. Довольно много разговоров, из за чего с переводом пришлось поднапрячься😄Мне, кстати, понравилось, то, как Саша вела повествование, очень неплохо, особенно для первого раза👍
p.s. Кабинет серый, Солнце светило прям в окно, а штора слишком сильно просвечивала, из за этого автофокус сходил с ума. Когда приходишь снимать, никогда не знаешь, откуда может прийти проблема😄В видосе до этого (массаж головы из Хошимина) , например, не закрывалось окно, а салон находился рядом с огромной дорогой, где проезжает миллион машин в секунду и все сигналят. Что естественно, не очень хорошо для звука.

На практике, при чуть более сильном нажиме в область трапеции или еще куда-либо большинство женщин начинает орать) Если отправить среднестатистическую женщину на жесткую процедуру вместо меня, при этом, делать с той же силой, что и мне, мне кажется, что она потеряет сознание. Некоторые процедуры были сверхжесткими даже для меня. По-моему, все очень логично.

Мой третий визит в салон "Сандера" в Сочи. До этого делали 2 видео со специалистами салона, но в этот раз сама Доминика (руководитель салона) решила войти в игру😄Когда предложили сделать "Абхьянгу", думал, будет скучновато, ну типа, медленные поливания масла, медленные плавные движения и т.д. Но все было скорректировано под наши нужды и получилось довольно мощно и интересно😄Смывать масло после такого массажа - гемор, конечно😄
p.s. Оператору, который обычно не очень любит ходить на массажи (после увиденного на некоторых сеансах со мной - это можно понять😄) тоже сделали бесплатный массаж. Спасибо!

Мой второй визит к Татьяне в Краснодар. Цену не знаю, денег с меня не взяли. Таня, кстати, обычно не делает бритье опасной бритвой, это я её уговорил для съемки😄Все получилось отлично, процесс съемки был веселым😁Мне, по-сути, сделали 3 разных массажа. Если сравнивать с вьетнамскими барбершопами, то массаж у Тани, конечно, лучше т.к. она реально массажистка. Кстати, девчонки во вьетнамском барбершопе вообще стригут?🧐 Ни разу не видел. В общем, с Татьяной работать весело, и видос получился хороший.

Ещё один видос с Хошиминского шоссе. У этого мужика "сеанс" проходит немного по-другому и больше похож на сеанс мануальной терапии, чем на простой массаж. Но, в целом, на этой дороге техника у всех похожая, зрелищная, хорошо подходящая для видосов. От банок я, как и в прошлый раз, отказался.
На этих массаж у дороги я ловлю какой-то дзен, есть в них что-то космическое. Туда далековато ехать, но сам процесс проходит очень легко. Ты можешь выбрать любого массажиста, почти все они с радостью соглашаются сниматься, некоторые сами тебя приглашают, когда ты идёшь мимо. (Ещё покурить предлагают, какой-то местный табак😁) Не нужно заранее записываться и объяснять, что ты собираешься делать и зачем. Прикольно, в общем.

Видео снято где-то в окрестностях Бангкока. Ппц, конечно, этот Бангкок здоровый. Ехали полтора часа от центра. Очень понравилась локация, где находится эта точка, спокойно, очень красивое, везде растут бананы и прочие тропические растения. После центра Бангкока - будто попал в рай. Процедура интересная, я должен был ее попробовать, потому что у нас такое вряд ли есть. Чего только люди не придумают, чтобы зарабатывать деньги (особенно на женщинах)😄Но мне лично проще в бане посидеть. Еще несколько дней из карманов шорт выпадали шарики этого "песка"😄 Из интересного: Показали, что типа где-то в воде плавал мой выпарившийся жир😮 Но что-то мне подсказывает, что так это не работает и это был не жир😄Веселое видео вобщем, есть несколько угарных моментов👍Стоит, кстати, нифига недешево за 20 минут процедуры, около 4к.

The video was filmed somewhere around Bangkok. This Bangkok city is really huge. We drove an hour and a half from the center. I really liked the location where this point is located, calm, very beautiful, bananas and other tropical plants grow everywhere. After the center of Bangkok, it was like being in heaven. What people can come up with to make money (especially from women)😄But for me personally, it’s better to go to the banya (sauna). For a few more days, balls of this “sand” fell out of the pockets of my shorts😄 Interesting thing: They showed that my evaporated fat was floating somewhere in the water😮 But something tells me that it doesn’t work like that and it wasn’t fat😄Funny video In general,it has some really funny moments 👍By the way, it’s not cheap at all it cost around 45$ for 20 minutes treatment.

Видос из Вьетнамского барбершопа в Бангкоке. В целом, стандартные процедуры для этих мест. Но массаж лица, конечно, топовый. Он и по ощущениям приятный и выглядит красиво. Почему у нас такой не делают? Массаж лица, который делают у нас похож на массаж спины только на лице. Кстати, в ТЦ, который находился рядом с барбершопом прикупил себе прикольные шорты и футболку с попугаями, которые вы можете видеть в этом ролике😄
p.s. Как не приду в такие барбершопы кто-то снимает там видео. В этом, например, перед нами снимал видос для своего канала мужик из Португалии, поболтали с ним чутка.
