People with Sociology Optional writing Mains '24, you can use ChatGPT or similar LLMs to get thinker perspectives on current issues. Just write good prompts asking Sociological Perspective on XYZ - Indian and Otherwise - mention the scholar and their perspective. I remember doing this for topics like AI, Same Sex Marriage, Climate Change, Social Media Influencers, Care Economy, Manipur Violence, War etc.

Also make sure you are thorough with the definitions of commonly asked concepts, especially in Paper 1 - Religion, Suicide, MOP/FOP/ROP, Ideal State, Bureaucracy etc.

Hope you are doing well. This is for people writing Mains 2024, at this point please write FLTs and plan for a simulator test. And in case you aren't ready with content adequately for some subject, please follow Model Answers of Test Series (multiple of them) to enrich content but revise well whatever you have. And the goal should be to outshine the model answers. You got this. 💪

We should ensure mental health doesn't remain an elitist concept and it becomes more affordable and accessible.

^ Mental Health support resources. Most of them are at free/affordable rates. No shame to accept but I have been on therapy for over two years, even after results. I can share my therapist details too but the charges are standard.

Above all, my heart goes out to the loved ones. Wishing immense strength to them, nothing can substitute their loss, not even a tiny bit. We can and must be more vigilant to ensure this never gets repeated. I am so disturbed, please take care. Have been asked, if my Mains notes suffice for Mains - no topper copies can suffice unless they are extremely organized and still, you will have to make value addition. Use any topper's notes for reference or if in paucity of time, use them as base but add stuffs.

Felt like sharing this which can help for Mains Answers. We often come across questions where we don't have sufficient points, I have used this framework in those cases extensively, especially for GS 3 and Governance & Social Justice:
1. Use of Technology in that theme
2. Human Skills - if more capacity building and training is required
3. NGO/Pressure Groups - Their involvement in last mille delivery and accomplish that goal
4. Private parties - is there any CSR activities or PPP Agreements in that theme
5. Institution - If there is any institution (Govt/Statutory/Constitutional) involved, should they be more strengthened
6. Any Laws/Policies in that zone - needs to be more streamlined
7. International Convention/Groupins associated with that topic

These are common points widely applicable for various questions and can apply in case you don't have very relevant points.

The most misaligned notes ever. But this covers mostly ECONOMY & AGRICULTURE from Mains perspective.
