Daily Net Position for the Week

Stockbitor zhiyang007 shares the daily net position of the Week.

"Total Weekly Net Position:
Foreign Institution: -392 Mil
Local Institution: +562 Mil
Local Retail: -170 Mil

For the 3rd consecutive week, foreign institution continue net selling while local institution continue net purchase. The largest net position falls on last Thursday. The average trading value maintain at RM2.6 bil. Moving forward, due to the short interval between Christmas and CNY holiday (Christmas - Dec 2024, CNY Jan 2025), are fund managers start to prepare for window dressing in Nov?

Daily Net Position for the Week

Stockbitor zhiyang007 shares the daily net position of the Week.

"Last Thursday was Deepavali holiday.

Total Weekly Net Position:
Foreign Institution: -1009 Mil
Local Institution: +960 Mil
Local Retail: +49 Mil

For the 2nd consecutive week, foreign institution continue net selling while local institution continue net purchase. The average trading value maintain at RM2.5 bil.

For the month of October, retailer finally record a positive net position of RM136 mil. On the other hand, foreign institution has recorded a net outflow of RM1.8 bil, which is majorly offset by the net inflow from local institution (RM1.6 bil). Foreign outflow is primarily driven by China market rally and upcoming US election (5 Nov) and FOMC (7 Nov).

YTD, foreign and local institution have recorded a net inflow of RM1.2 and RM3.0 bil respectively, supporting the RM4.3 bil sell off by the retailers.

Titan Trading Notes For Friday [1/11/2024]

Stockbitor titantrading shares:

"$KLCI retraced back towards the 1601 points region during Wednesday with an overall bearish market sentiment as we saw over 670 counters closing red for the day along with it. KLCI is quite bearish now...

$NICE... looking quite bullish here and as long as able to hold above its RM 0.185+ immediate support levels... the surge likely attributed by rising gold prices.

$SKHAWK ... had been able to recover well over the past few weeks... Will be monitoring HAWK closely here as didn't expect this stock to surge up despite the weak market sentiment.

$JTIASA, following the FCPO's breakout was able to hold steadily above its RM 1.17+ immediate support earlier this week... For now it's looking quite bullish and expected to be one of the leading plantation counters to monitor here... Will be monitoring JTIASA closely here as I believe the plantation sector is coming next."

"Metro Healthcare Berhad is a distinguished obstetrics and gynaecology (“O&G”) healthcare provider, specialising in providing fertility and other O&G healthcare services. Metro operates a network of medical centres across Peninsular Malaysia, aimed at providing high quality, patient-centred, and professional O&G healthcare services.

Metro is moving to the ACE Market on 15 November 2024, expecting to raise RM39.2 million from the IPO. The IPO proceeds will be used to further fuel the expansion of its operations, including enhancement and refurbishment of existing facilities and acquisition of additional facilities in Klang Valley.

Metro will have a market capitalisation of RM244.7 million upon listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia..."

"$KLCI had a decent rebound back towards the 1615 points region... we still saw almost 500 counters closing red for the day. Daily trading volume still settled around the 2.4 billion, which is still quite low here.

Main stocks that showed strong buying momentum would be the likes of CAPITALA, BARAKAH, YTL, NE, MAYBANK, NICE, YTLPOWR, MUIPROP, CYPARK, and NATGATE..."

"$NE... able to breakout strong from its RM 0.625 all time high levels and rallied all the way towards the RM 0.68 regions to form a new high."

"$CYPARK... able to form a solid support there and broke out strong all the way towards the RM 0.835 regions with good volume and buying momentum..."

"$NATGATE... had been breaking out strongly over the past few weeks here and today, was able to rally all the way towards the RM 2.15 regions with huge volume and buying momentum here."

Supreme Consolidated Resources Berhad is principally involved in the distribution of third-party brands as well as their own brands of Frozen and Chilled Food Products, Ambient F&B Products and Non-F&B Products.

They carry a wide range of third-party brands and products for distribution of approximately 1,472 SKUs from 79 local and foreign third-party brands and own brands. They also have a wide distribution network and 3,440 customers as of LPD.
