For much of the past year, Jon Herold, Just Human and I have forwarded the theory that one of the biggest Devo Proofs we could get in 2024 would be the establishment's inability to replace Joe Biden as their preferred candidate through which to effect another steal of a presidential election.
After subjecting the nation to another SOTU that's now being spun as a work of art by one of the great leaders of our time, the Media Industrial Complex has totally jumped the shark with this one, and so soon on the heels of beginning a turn on the Biden Admin that had even begun to infect the Entertainment arm of the System of Systems, as they tried desperately to push an 'Anyone but Him' programming campaign toward Biden.
The Political Pillar of the Deep State ran headlines about Biden's disastrous messaging while the more polite narrative-setters took an Old Yeller approach, thanking Biden for his service before ostensibly cutting him loose.
They're stuck with him. And now they know it.

It also causes you to drop the discerning, rational, logical side of your brain into neutral and put the undiscerning, irrational, illogical side of your brain into high gear.
Whether the news seems good or bad, just stop reacting to it. Take a stoic approach. You’ll be happier, more content, and you’ll get fooled less often.

Lots of REEEEEEEing over this, I see. Folks, they filed the complaints with the wrong cmte. Possibly on purpose just to cause a negative reaction like you are giving. That is a tactic I see happen a LOT. Don't fall for it, don't react to the news.

Attorney James Inman Pearce is a trial attorney from the DOJ Criminal Division’s Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Section. He has been handling Jan 6 cases and did appellate work for Smith in the DC case against Trump.
Assistant Special Counsel Cecil Van Devender has also been doing work for the Office in the DC case and before joining the Office was working as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee.
Jack Smith was in that same office from 2015 to 2017...

Judge Cannon has granted the filing of two Amicus Briefs in this case and will consider them.
One from America First Legal and the other from Citizens United Foundation.
The AFL brief argues that criminal referral from NARA which lead to the indictment of Trump violated the Administrative Procedures Act should therefore be dismissed as should the indictment.

The CUF brief is the Ed Meese filing that was filed with SCOTUS arguing that Jack Smith was unlawfully appointed and does not have the authority to prosecute the case.

New indictment from the EDNY against Hector Medina Jr aka "Michael Soto"
Medina is accused of attempting to defraud Fmr Congressman George Santos aka "whatever his name is" by offering to get the charges against Santos dropped and evidence disappeared in exchange for $900,000.
He also messaged a "publicly known actor who had been
convicted of felonies in California in May 2023" offering a similar deal in exchange for $1,000,000.
